Chocolate Dessert

Ingredients :
1. 100 gms dark chocolate
2. 100 gms of butter
3. 70 gms sugar
4. 2 eggs
5. 2 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
6. 3 tbs fine wheat flour
7. Powdered sugar; for dusting
8. Ramekins

Preparation :

1. Preheat the oven to 180*c and butter ramekins, about 3 1/4 in diameters. Melt the chocolate in a sauce pan with butter added to it in low heat.

2. Meanwhile, beat and mix together the sugar and eggs, and, pour in melted chocolate. Beat in the cocoa powder and flour and continue beating until smooth

3. Add the mixture to ramekins and cook in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until crisp on top and still melting inside.

4. Remove from the oven, set aside to cool for couple of minutes, then serve dusted with powdered sugar or confectioners sugar.
